Product preview: Sitelucid checks shop.northwind.example from five regions. A timeout in Singapore is re-checked from other regions and logged as a regional blip, so no alert is sent. When Frankfurt and Virginia both fail, an incident opens with the probable cause in plain language: the TLS certificate was renewed but the intermediate certificate is missing, so Safari users can’t connect.
Typical uptime monitors ask one question: is it up? So they page you at 03:07 for a blip that fixed itself, stay green while checkout is broken, and never notice the spam links someone slipped into your footer. Sitelucid asks a better one: does it actually work?
What you get
Every failure is re-checked from other regions before anyone is paged. When it’s real, Sitelucid tells you what broke and how to fix it.

Checkout Monitoring add-on
Card skimming works by slipping one malicious script into a payment page. The page keeps working while card details leak. Sitelucid monitors every script on your checkout and alerts you when one appears or changes.
Built around PCI DSS 4.0 requirements 6.4.3 and 11.6.1. Sitelucid monitors, alerts and keeps the records for your assessment; it doesn’t block scripts or certify compliance.

FAQ
Something else? Email hello@sitelucid.com.
Yes. The free plan will allow commercial use — client sites, your shop, your SaaS. No “personal use only” fine print.
Frankfurt, Virginia, Oregon, Singapore and São Paulo at launch. An alert only fires when more than one region confirms the failure after fast re-checks.
Account and monitoring data will be hosted in the EU. This waitlist is stored on Cloudflare’s network; see the privacy policy for details.
Detection is not left to AI: checks, re-checks and regional consensus decide whether something is wrong. AI is used to explain an incident from the collected evidence (DNS, TLS, HTTP, screenshots and diffs), to tell real content updates from likely tampering, to check pages for EAA accessibility issues and recommend fixes, and to write monthly reports. Every explanation links back to the raw evidence. We’ll publish which AI providers we use before launch.
We’re opening early access in waves. Waitlist members are invited first — earlier spots go first, and referrals move you up. Waitlist members also get 1 month of Pro free and keep their launch price for 12 months.
AI checks your key pages and checkout flow against the European Accessibility Act requirements (WCAG 2.1 AA, as referenced by EN 301 549), explains each issue in plain language, recommends a fix and re-checks after every release. You get a dated report to share with your team, and agencies can white-label it for their clients. Sitelucid gives you checks and guidance; it doesn’t issue compliance certificates. Included in the Pro and Agency plans.
Not at launch. Our checks are built on WCAG, so ADA, Section 508 and AODA reports are on the roadmap. Tick “ADA / US accessibility” in the form if you need it — it helps us prioritise.
No tool can do that on its own. The Checkout Monitoring add-on monitors the scripts on your payment pages and gives you evidence for PCI DSS 4.0 requirements 6.4.3 and 11.6.1: a script inventory, approvals and change alerts. It doesn’t block scripts or certify compliance; it supports your assessment.
Shops that collect card details on their own pages, including pages that embed a payment provider’s card fields. If customers pay entirely on your provider’s hosted payment page, you may not need it. Your PCI assessor decides what’s in scope.
