Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Sitelucid pre-launch website and waitlist. Sitelucid (“we”) is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@sitelucid.com.

What we collect

• What you enter: your email address and, if you provide them, your role, how many sites you manage, your current monitoring tool and the plan you’re interested in.
• Referral and campaign data: the referral code you arrived with, if any, and campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
• Technical data: the language of the page you signed up on, the country your request came from (derived by Cloudflare from your IP address), and one-way salted hashes of your IP address and browser user agent. We never store your raw IP address. The hashes are used only to limit abuse, such as repeated sign-ups and fake referrals.
• Your consent: the time you agreed to this policy and, if we use email confirmation, when you confirmed.

Why we use it

To keep your place on the waitlist, invite you to early access, email you about the launch in your language, and understand who Sitelucid is for. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest in a fair waitlist (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and the waitlist database, and provides Turnstile (bot protection, without cookies for advertising) and Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregated page statistics).
• Resend sends confirmation and launch emails, if email confirmation is enabled.

We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers. This site sets no tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Until the waitlist is no longer needed after launch, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. The hashes stored with your sign-up are deleted along with it. Separate rate-limiting records (hashed) are deleted automatically within a day.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailinghello@sitelucid.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
